This document explains which kind of data is collected from a user by using this website and how it is processed.


Comment-Function (powered by “DISQUS”)

Our website offers a comment-function for our content. The comment-function is provided by “DISQUS” (by Big Head Labs Inc., San Francisco CA 94105, USA) (hereagter reffered to as “DISQUS”). It’s possible to use the “DISQUS” service without registration (select “Guest”), or with your preffered user account/profile (DISQUS, Facebook, Google, Twitter, Yahoo, OpenID). While using “DISQUS” as Guest, your E-Mail-, IP-Address and entered comment text will be stored by “DISQUS”. While using “DISQUS” with an other Account like “Guest”, also more personal data from these services could be collected and processed by “DISQUS”. It’s also possible that “DISQUS” would share data of you account with your selected account resp. service (for example to authenticate your user account and password). Please read the “DISQUS” “Privacy Policy” (http://docs.disqus.com/help/30/) and “Terms of Service” document (http://docs.disqus.com/help/29/) before using the service, thus we have no influence which data is collected and how it is processed, as well as your rights in this respect and settings options for protecting your privacy.
You comments will be published on this site and the “DISQUS” portal immediately. Please contact us (info@techboxed.com) in case of misuse of the comment function (publication of racism, insults, contravention of a law etc.) and we will be able to delete comments or to take legal actions in special cases.


Facebook “Like-Button”

Our website uses the Facebook “Like-Button” Plugin (hereafter referred to as “Like-Button”) provided by facebook.com (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA). The “Like-Button” is identifiable by the Facebook logo (white letter f on blue background and the word “Like” or a thumb up icon).

By visiting one of our pages containing the “Like-Button”, your browser establishes a direct connection to the facebook.com servers. Facebook will receive information about your visit of our page. If you are a Facebook member, the page visit could be assigned to your Facebook account. By clicking the “Like-Button”, your visit will be published on facebook.com. If you don’t want Facebook to connect your Facebook Account to our website, please log off from your Facebook account before entering our website. If you don’t want Facebook to collect data related to your personality in general you can block Facebook by installing a browser Plugin.


Google+ (resp. Google +1 Button)

This site uses the Google “+1 Button” (hereafter refered to as “+1 Button”) provided by Google (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The button is identifiable by a red “g” followed by “+1” with an counter.
By visiting one of your pages which contains a “+1 Button”, a direct connection from your browser to Google will be established to show the button and to give you the possibility, to recommend our content on the Google+ network.
If you use the “+1 Button”, a connection to Google will be established and the recommended content would be linked to your Google+ Account and could be published on you Google+ Profile Page.

Twitter “Tweet-Button”

This website uses the Twitter “Tweet-Button” (hereafter refered to as “Tweet-Button”) provided by twitter.com (Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). The “Tweet-Button” is identifiable by the Twitter logo (blue bird and the word “Tweet”).

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google AdSense

This website shows advertisement with Google AdSense. It’s possible that advertisement by Google stores data files (“Cookies” or “Web Beacons”) on your computer from Google or third parties which could be read by Google or third parties. These data files could be related to the visitor and may show personalized ads. You can delete these cookies and/or deactivate cookie handling in your browser settings.
